| Description | Lone Wolf and Cub - "The Masters of Death" 11x17” By Robert "Kung Fu Bob" O'Brien March, 2012 This is a hand drawn piece of art that I created as a tribute to the classic LONE WOLF AND CUB films, TV show, and manga. This is the third piece in this series that’s now being offered for sale. It depicts the classic moment: before Lone Wolf Ogami Itto (as portrayed by Tomisabura Wakayama) must face the assassin trio the "Masters of Death". His son Daigoro has helpfully pointed out the direction... to their certain doom! This is one of my favorite sequences from the film series. I hope I’ve managed to do the moment justice. The original art was accomplished with color pencil, ink, marker, and a touch of acrylic paints. This artwork has been professionally reproduced as vibrant 11x17" prints on glossy 12 pt. light card-stock paper. |
